We celebrate the life of a proud country boy
from Owen, South Australia.
Son of a mechanic and teacher
and brother to Brian.
His parents moving to
Seacliff in order for him
to go to PAC and then
onto university
to become a pharmacist.
A keen stamp and coin collector player of cards
and board games, traveller
and maker or many friendships along the way.
Also, a keen sportsman who excelled at basketball,
golf and tennis where in 1959 met his future wife Janet,
winning the doubles championship together.
You can now be reunited with the love of your life.
We will miss you but will be forever grateful
of what you taught and provided us
including so many great opportunities and memories.
We remember you
as a family man,
husband to Janet,
father to Ian, Peter, Philip, Christopher.
Grandfather to Hannah, Chelsea, Scott,
Adam, Kayla, Tyler, Tallis, Aliya, Maleah.
Great Grandfather to Hugo.
