Formerly of Norwood, died peacefully in the evening of 19th December at Helping Hand, North Adelaide.
Along with his many interests Robert’s career was diverse. He worked in London at Biba, performed at the
Old Kings Theatre and dressed windows for stores around Adelaide.
He was much loved at the Adelaide Festival Centre where he was a staff member for over 40 years. His passions were the Arts, gardening and hosting dinners with friends, and volunteering for the Art Deco & Modernist Society of Australia (SA Chapter),
State Opera SA, and many more.
Robert was dearly loved by his local and interstate friends.
There will be no funeral ceremony for Robert.
Rather, his wish is that in Autumn his ashes be placed under his selected Turkey Oak Celebration Tree at Carrick Hill, where he enjoyed volunteering for over 14 years.
