CLARK (NEE MEAD), Joan Bernice

With great sadness, we announce that Joan Bernice Clark (née Mead) passed away peacefully on 14 February 2026 at Stella Anderson Nursing Home, Bendigo.

Born 28 October 1936, Joan was the cherished daughter of James (dec.) and Grace Mead (dec.) and a loving sister to James (dec.), John, and Jeffery (dec.).

Beloved wife of John Patrick Clark (dec.), and the devoted, steadfast centre of our family. Joan was a deeply loved mother to Desmond, Jeffery, Ann, and Kathy, and mother in law to Sharon, Christine, and Mark. She was a proud and adoring grandmother to Nicole and Josh, Rhys and Simone, Andrew and Lisette, Ben and Joce, Jon and Gina, and Thomas and Layton, and a joyful great grandmother to Ally, Ariel, Ava, Odette, Hudson, and Mylo.

While our hearts are heavy with grief, we hold deep gratitude for the years, memories, and love we shared. Her presence will be missed every day, and her spirit will remain with us always.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the compassionate staff at Stella Anderson Nursing Home for the care, kindness, and dignity they gave Joan in her final years.
