Warren Bury

Chief Executive Ms Susan Bowden and staff at the Department of Education and Training extend their deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Mr Warren Bury on their loss.

Mr Bury served the Northern Territory education sector for over 30 years, teaching at and leading multiple Territory schools.

Mr Bury was the first principal of Sanderson High School, and later took on the role of Superintendent of Secondary Education.

Mr Bury is remembered as a respected colleague and inspirational educator who instilled a love of History and English in his students.

Mr Bury will be greatly missed by the Northern Territory education community.
