On behalf of the entire Ginn & Penny team, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Anna, Elise, Alex, and the entire Varley family on the passing of David Michael Varley.
David was a Partner and Director at Ginn & Penny for the past 25 years. Affectionately called “Charlie” by colleagues and friends, he was deeply respected and admired across the Insurance industry. He built enduring relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers—always grounded in trust, integrity, and genuine care, which were among his defining qualities.
David was incredibly humble and led by example. He was always ready with a word of encouragement, a steadying presence, or a helping hand. We mourn the loss of a colleague, mentor, and friend who shaped so much of who we are as a team.
Our love and support are with Anna, Elise, and Alex during this difficult time.
