The News to announce GVL Player of the Month and Rising Star giveaway winners

The criteria for nominations were based on performance, with respective open-age Player of the Month and 21-and-under Rising Star nominees required to have played at least two games of senior football or A-grade netball throughout the period.

Now the season has finished, the victorious nominees from the four selected categories are in the running for a prize.

The victorious names plucked from the pot will receive a $50 Rebel Sports voucher, ready to be collected from the Shepparton News office (7940 Goulburn Valley Hwy) at their convenience.

The draw will commence at 11am on Thursday, October 2 via a livestream on the Shepparton News Sport Facebook page.
