Tatura’s Tom Sullivan was charged with intentionally or carelessly striking another person in the Bulldogs’ lippy clash against the Shepparton Swans last Saturday, handed a one match sanction for careless conduct, high contact and low impact.
The charge was downgraded to a reprimand following accepting an early guilty plea, Sullivan available to take the field against Mansfield this weekend.
However, Mansfield will miss Tom Dunstan in the clash at Tatura Park, with the Eagle suspended for one match for carelessly bumping or making forceful contact to an opponent from front on when the player has their head over the ball.
The careless conduct, high contact and medium impact charge against Shepparton handed Dunstan a two-match suspension, lowered to one match after an early guilty plea.
Additionally, Mooroopna’s Keelin Betson is free to play after accepting an early guilty plea for a charge of intentionally or carelessly engaging in rough conduct against an opponent.
The conduct graded careless, high contact and low impact was initially a one-match ban, reduced to a reprimand, meaning the Cats gun will feature in Mooroopna’s bout against Rochester this weekend.
This weekend’s 98.5 OneFM broadcast game is between Tatura and Mansfield, live from 1:30pm this Saturday from Tatura Park.
