With grey skies above, the knock-out finals action shifted indoors.

Sheparton East’s Lee Beattie and Stacey Collier (21-17) were the last pair standing in the women’s, defeating Sandra Wallace and Cathy Dudley, while Shepparton Golf men’s pair Brad Orr and Wayne Dagger got the chocolates in a thriller.

An extra end was needed to decide the contest, but Orr and Dagger prevailed over Brad Anderson and Mick Szczykulski, 18-16.
