Opposed to standard fitness testing, SportsKey analyses potential in young talent through concentration on growth, movement, skill and perceptual cognitive abilities.
Those interested must fall in line with the AFL’s NGA guidelines however - eligible athletes of multicultural descent include those with African, Asian, South American and Pacific Island backgrounds, as well as Indigenous youngsters from the region.
