In a round 13 classic, Park did just enough to get the chocolates, winning five of eight sets for a two-game win.
It proved a big day for Josh Cecil, who won singles 6-2 and doubles 6-3 (with Max Crowe) and 6-4 (with Sam Kennedy) to put Park in the box seat.
But the Cats did not go down without a fight, with Sam Macadam and Nicola Brown each winning their respective singles encounters and teaming up for a doubles triumph.
And the win did wonders for Blue's chance of making finals, now in fourth with a one-match advantage on fifth place, currently held by the Cats.
Elsewhere in the top-tier, Shepparton Lawn Green worked its way to a comfortable win against Kialla Park Golf, taking six sets in a 42-17 triumph on games.
And Shepparton Lawn Blue had a similarly strong day against Mooroopna Cats Blue, with Adi Bhattacharya, Aston Monteleone, Archer Ford and Tom McInneny all going undefeated.
Lawn Blue remains on top of the ladder from Lawn Green, with Kialla Park Gold in third.
B1 play had Kialla Park and Shepparton Lawn Yellow collide in the match of the day, with Park pinching an eight-game win after the sets were split.
Mooroopna Cats beat Nathalia Lawn by 25 games, Toolamba had an 18-game win against Shepparton Lawn Green, and Shepparton Lawn Red won by 12 games against Shepparton Lawn Blue in a primary colour derby.
