The Shepparton Little Athletics Club has done it again, with more fantastic performances at the State Combined Events at Albert Park recently.

Fourteen athletes trekked down for the set of five to seven standardised events from which points are accumulated and tallied to find the most outstanding competitors.
Three Shepparton athletes were top-eight finishers, but none finished higher than Jacob Dimit who claimed a silver medal in the under-13 class.
Dimit also finished first in the 100 m and fifth in both the discus and 80 m hurdles.
Reeve Evans was also in fine form, taking fifth in the same age group off the back of placing second in the 80 m hurdles and ninth in the discus.
Harriet Gall finished seventh in under-14 girls, taking second in high jump, fourth in the 800 m and eighth in 80 m hurdles.
Georgia Robertson finished 10th in under-nine girls which included fourth in the 100m, while other strong individual event performances included Christian Vaitohi's ninth in the 100 m and 10th in discus at the under-14 level, while Matthew Dimit finished fifth in the 100 m and sixth in the discus at the same age group.
