The South African all-rounder compiled his second century for the Blues before rolling the arm over and snaring match-best bowling figures to help his side comfortably defeat Karramomus.
The Bloods were up against it for most of Numurkah's innings, with Eckard finding plenty of partners on his way to an unbeaten 107.
Will Arnel chipped in with 64 runs, while Shaun Downie added 47 as Numurkah racked up 3-275 from its 45 overs.
Downie and Arnel put together 60 for the second wicket before the latter compiled 128 runs alongside Eckard for a huge third-wicket stand.
Numurkah's import was not finished there though, as even though Jahlan Lau only finished on 15 not out his stand with Eckard was worth 62 when the dust settled.
Jason Ibbotson and Billy Jones were the only Bloods bowlers to find any reward on the Vibert Reserve pitch, but it was a different story for the Blues.
Eckard claimed 2-17 alongside fellow slow bowler Mitch Grandell (2-40), with Matt Cline and Downie also chiming in as Karramomus fell to all-out for 137.
Jayden Dhosi provided plenty of resistance with 47 before he was run-out, while Nathan Jones (28) and Tim Kelly (26) were also among the higher contributors.
