Several reports on Friday night alerted police to a station wagon being driven erratically through the streets of Shepparton.
Shepparton police said the reports of a silver Holden Commodore without registration plates allegedly being driven dangerously started coming in at around 10.30pm on May 29.
The vehicle was intercepted by police just before 11pm in Brauman St.
Police said the alleged driver of the Commodore, a 20-year-old Shepparton man, had not yet been processed by police, as he was required to attend hospital for an unrelated issue.
He will be processed at a later date.
