Police are searching for two people who allegedly stole plants from a burnt-out house on Longstaff St, Shepparton on March 7.
It is not known at this stage if anything else was taken.
Shepparton police have released a photo of two people they wish to speak to about the alleged theft.
Police are looking for anyone who may know the man with a greying ponytail and another person on the front of his bike in the footage taken on March 7, about 7 pm.
