A legacy of resilience and innovation

A notable development came in 1913, when eight Jewish families (perhaps today best known through the remaining Feiglin and Pratt descendants) chose to settle in the largely undeveloped Shepparton district of Orrvale, establishing a small Jewish community with a firm belief in its flourishing future.
