Youngsters at Arthur Dickmann Children's Centre caught footy fever today, meeting at the Queens Gardens dressed in their favourite team's colours.
Children's Centre service leader Julie Goodwin said the kids participated in football-themed activities.
“The children loved it, anything to get out in the sun and have a run around,” she said.
Footy Colours Day is a national fundraising campaign held annually in September. Participants are encouraged to wear their favourite team’s colours and host an event at their school, organisation, group or club to raise much-needed funds for the Fight Cancer Foundation.
