“For too long, safety gear has been designed with a default male fit in mind, often leaving women with uncomfortable, ill-fitting, and impractical options,” Carlie said.
“We believe that every worker, regardless of gender, deserves access to protective clothing and equipment that fits properly, feels comfortable, and performs to the highest safety standards.”
Carlie said the store's product range was built around the specific needs of women across a variety of industries.
