Comedian Geraldine Hickey, fresh from her stint on I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!, has recently been announced as the headline guest for the 2025 Ladies Who Lunch event.
Famous for her award-winning stand-up and razor-sharp wit, Ms Hickey is expected to serve up an afternoon full of belly laughs.
“We are extremely excited to have Geraldine joining us for lunch this year,” Ladies Who Lunch committee co-chair Raathika Raj said.
“(She will) bring lots of good energy to ensure everyone has a great afternoon surrounded by good company, all while raising important funds for a cause so close to our hearts.”
Born out of the Shepparton News Pink Ribbon Brunch in 2023, Ladies Who Lunch continues its mission to support regional women facing cancer, with all funds staying in the Goulburn Valley.
On Sunday, October 26, about 650 community members will gather once again for this vital cause.
Tickets go on sale Monday, September 1, and Ms Raj said they were expected to disappear quickly.
“Each year we are blown away by the response to ticket sales,” she said.
“We would love for you to join us for lunch ... this is your chance to be part of something special.”
Ladies Who Lunch will be held on Sunday, October 26, at Riverlinks Eastbank, 70 Welsford St, Shepparton.
Tickets go on sale Monday, September 1.
