A reminder that Friday, March 6, is World Day of Prayer, which will be held in Jerilderie at St Andrew’s Uniting Church at 10am.
The theme for this year’s WDP, which has been prepared by the Christian women of Nigeria, is “I will give you rest: Come.”
After this ecumenical service, in which everyone is invited to participate, morning tea will be enjoyed in the church hall.

Our two primary schools have hit the ground running in the first term with participation in athletics and swimming carnivals.
St Joseph’s School Kinder families were given a welcome, and the once-over, on their first day by the family dog of new school principal, Caz Perryman, before being escorted off the premises by the slightly embarrassed owner.
