The Ladies of the 225 are celebrating their successful breast cancer fundraising campaign, but with just weeks remaining, they’re making one final push to reach their goal.

The group, comprising partners and relatives of Kyabram Freemasons, came together for their annual Pink Ribbon lunch on Sunday, October 26, supporting vital breast cancer research in our community.
The lunch raised $900 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and together with generous online donations, the community effort exceeded $1200.
Event organiser Suzanne Spencer described the event as an “awesome achievement” for the local community.
“Our time as a community shows that when we unite behind a common goal, we can accomplish amazing things together,” Mrs Spencer said.
She thanked the sponsors — Bakers Delight, Woolworths and Dan’s Complete Garden Care — alongside the local businesses who contributed catering services and donated prizes for the raffle and door prizes.
With the group approaching its fundraising target of $1500, Mrs Spencer warmly invites community members to contribute online, noting that even small donations make a meaningful difference to this important cause.
