Kerr Real Estate in Cobram is holding an information night on Wednesday, March 8 at the Cobram Lawn Tennis Club at 6pm for all landlords.
Kerr Real Estate owner and director Andrew Kerr said the information night would cover new laws and legislation that affects landlords.
“It’s an information night regarding the new compliance rules and requirements regarding new legislation in Victoria.”
Mr Kerr is encouraging all landlords in Cobram and the surrounding areas to attend the information evening.
“People should attend to keep up to date with the requirements as they are changing year in year out and making sure their properties are in a position to be rented.”
