As part of the festival, from 2pm, Bonshaw Estate will host a high tea on its sprawling lawns, along with artists, musicians and flora demonstrations all day.
Bonshaw is a vast garden built around the house circuit in 1905 that looks its best at the height of spring.
The garden is divided into garden rooms, including the cottage garden, native garden, and bulb lawn, all interconnected by a series of windy paths.
The festival is gearing up to showcase a selection of local horticultural gems, inviting greenthumbs and garden enthusiasts to explore their unique designs and creations.

Festival coordinator Lorraine Warde highlighted the diversity of the gardens on display.
“We strive to feature a new garden each year,” she said.
“This year’s new addition is particularly unusual, boasting an eclectic array of garden art and a diverse range of plantings.”

From 2pm, Bonshaw will host a high tea on its expansive lawns, complemented by artists, musicians and flora demonstrations throughout the day.
The estate's owner, Bernie Ryan, has repurposed 4500 handmade bricks from a kitchen renovation, using them as garden edging in a sawtooth pattern.
The festival serves the dual purposes of inspiring garden enthusiasts and raising funds for community initiatives.
“It's a fantastic opportunity to glean ideas from various gardens,” Mrs Warde said.
All proceeds from the event will support Girgarre's Community Car service and the Friends of Gargarro Botanical Gardens.
Visitors can begin their tour at the Gargarro Botanic Garden, 481 Winter Rd, Girgarre.
The precinct will be open on the day and features a nursery, botanical gardens and cafe.
Plant sales will also be available for those inspired to spruce up their own green spaces.
The festival is entirely volunteer-run, reflecting Girgarre's strong community spirit.
