Moira Shire Council independent administrator John Tanner visited Cobram and Barooga members of the VALS Sewing Group, Cobram Spinners and Weavers, Wednesday’s Sit and Sew, Moira Arts Council and Barooga Advancement Group, just to name a few, who took time out to brighten the towns with Anzac-themed bollard covers.
