Dimitri D’Elio, 27, of Mooroopna, was found guilty of the murder of 19-year-old Benalla man Charlie Gander, whose body was found in a burnt car on a remote road at Bunbartha on December 24, 2022.
Kylie Stott, 40, of Shepparton, was found guilty of the manslaughter of Mr Gander.
Danny Clarke, 41, of Shepparton, was found guilty of kidnapping Mr Gander, but not guilty of murder, manslaughter or arson.
D’Elio was also found guilty of kidnapping and arson.
Stott was also found guilty of kidnapping, but not guilty of murder or arson.
All three had faced a 29-day trial before a jury in the Melbourne Supreme Court on murder, kidnapping and arson charges, as well as an alternate charge of manslaughter.
They had all pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The trio faced the Melbourne Supreme Court on Monday, July 28, in a brief hearing that was mainly administrative.
The justice set a date for a plea hearing on October 21, where the defence and prosecution will put forward their arguments about the sentences for all three.
While in court on Monday, Clarke was also arraigned on a separate arson charge to which he has pleaded guilty.
All three continue to be remanded in custody.
