Flood study finds second river crossing vital for future emergency response

A study by the Committee for Greater Shepparton, in the wake of last year’s devastating floods across the Goulburn Valley, has found that a second Goulburn River crossing would have avoided the “majority of challenges experienced” by industry and services.
