From 6pm, enjoy an evening of fun, carnival rides and jumping castles, side shows and food stalls, all while listening to live music on stage.
The dazzling fireworks display is the main highlight of the night, lighting up the sky over the reserve and drawing crowds from across the region for this annual tradition at 10.30pm.
While fireworks are free to enjoy, the Rotary Club of Mooroopna is also holding a car raffle, with tickets available for purchase in advance at rotarymooroopna.com.au
All proceeds help support various charitable purposes including primary school scholarships, toilets in Cambodia, GV Hospice, Foodshare, Smith Family, overseas medical aid, disaster relief in Australia and overseas, and more.
The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Mooroopna, which is also calling on community volunteers to help ensure the night runs smoothly.
Assistance is needed for set-up on the evening and for clean-up the following day.
Anyone able to help is asked to email mooroopnanewyearseve@gmail.com or contact 0408 253 501.
Bar and stalls will be available on site, but no BYO alcohol is permitted.
