Kevin Sexton will continue to lead the Finley Show Society for the next 12 months, with plans already afoot for the 107th annual event in September.
Mr Sexton was returned at the show society AGM last week.
During dinner at the Country Club, he thanked the committee for all their efforts for another successful year, and expressed excitement at what’s to come.
In addition to the September 6 show, plans have started on the annual Poultry Auction set down for Saturday, March 21, and the Sheep Dog Trials on June 5 to 7.
Aiding Mr Sexton in planning will be vice presidents Carol Kennedy and Gordon Close, secretary Breanne Cleve, assistant secretary Victoria Kennedy, treasurer Matt Mueller and other committee members.
The committee also sent best wishes to 2025 Finley Show Young Women Rosie Steele who recently attended a Young Women's Development Day.
This was in part to prepare her for the zone final on January 31 at Ganmain.
