Two Kialla display homes have won awards at the 2025 Master Builders Victoria Northern Regional Building Awards.

Metricon won Best Volume Builder Display Home Over $750,000 and the Best Volume Builder Display Home $500,000–$750,000 at the Albury Entertainment Centre on Friday, July 4.

The Best Volume Builder Display Home Over $750,000 was Qualia 39 with a Cove façade, and the Best Volume Builder Display Home $500,000–$750,000 was Clara 27 with a domain façade, both in Kialla at the Seven Creeks Estate.

Qualia 39 with cove façade is part of Metricon’s Designer range.

It has four bedrooms, open-plan living spaces, a feature kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a master suite.

Clara 27 with domain façade is part of Metricon’s Freedom range.

Designed with growing families in mind, it has four bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Metricon Regional North manager Tania Tonks said the awards were a testament to the strength of Metricon’s local teams.

“We’re honoured to have two of our most popular homes recognised at this year’s Northern Regional Awards,” she said.

“Both the Qualia 39 and Clara 27 reflect the design aspirations of families in regional Victoria, and these wins speak volumes about the hard work and passion of our local staff, trades and suppliers.

“At Metricon, we strive to deliver homes that don’t just look great, but truly work for how people live today.

“These awards are a wonderful celebration of that mission.”

The award-winning display homes are open from 11am to 5pm from Friday to Tuesday at the Kialla Display Village.
