More than 60 dairy trade and business exhibitors will be participating, covering animal health, machinery , technology, nutrition and genetics.
Dairy Week Director Declan Patten, said this year’s competitors will see the new, red hued soft-fall material on the main arena, designed to add some color and reduce dust.
Paraders will be wearing their numbers on harness vests, similar to overseas dairy shows, rather than caps, and some exhibitors will be staying in ‘glamping’ tents.
Mr Patten said the weather was expected to be mild, according to the weather bureau.
Some Dairy Week patrons will be trying glamping this year.
