Undera claimed a 31-run win against Karramomus to catapult to the top of the Cricket Shepparton D-grade ladder.
As the threat of rain hung in the air, Undera elected to bat first at Shepparton's Victory Park.
But the Lions were in trouble, losing 4-27 as saviour Rick Heathcote strolled out to the middle.
The number six batsman showcased his prowess with the bat to register a brilliant 86 not out.
Heathcote had plenty of help from teammate Nathan Hedges (37 not out) as the away side reached 7-175 off 40 overs.
Karramomus’ Vinoth Kumar was the pick of his side's bowlers, with 2-18 off his six overs.
But Kumar's performance with the Kookaburra was usurped by Dean Mangles, with the Undera bowler collecting 4-20 off eight overs, as he tore through the Bloods’ batting line-up.
James Scott (24) flew the flag for the home side at the top of the order as the Bloods were dismissed for 144.
● Invergordon came within four runs of victory against Central Park-St Brendan's, despite an incredible bowling spell from Adrian Crossley.
After he made 30 runs while opening the batting in the Tigers’ 8-101, Crossley went on to grab 6-17 off eight overs.
His efforts with the ball were supported by Ash Hooper's 2-12, as Invergordon was rolled for 97 runs off 23.3 overs.
Tiger Travis Beck (32) continued his terrific start to the season with another handy knock.
