A central Kyabram business property went under the hammer at the Kyabram Club on Friday, September 20, but was passed in after an unsuccessful auction.
The property at 3-11 Bradley St in Kyabram, home to Jayell Ford dealership, will now be sold behind closed doors following the no-bid auction.
John McIlroy, owner Jayell Ford in Kyabram, attended the 11am auction with five other attendees.
Kevin Hicks Real Estate conducted the auction, with auctioneer Kevin Hicks and agent Kelvin Maude facilitating the proceedings.
The Bradley St property that spans nine plots, had an asking price of $1.1 million and after five minutes without any bids, the property was passed in.
