On Tuesday, July 29, Prep and kindergarten students at Cobram Primary School and Barooga Public School marked their 100th day of school.
Barooga Public School principal Matt Collins said the day was well-supported by families.
“It’s a time for us to pause and celebrate and look back on all the milestones and achievements the kids have made across that 100 days,” he said.
“It’s our way of celebrating the number 100, which a lot of them by this point can count up to.”
Students, who came to school rocking their brightest outfits, enjoyed various activities centred around the theme of 100.
They played snakes and ladders, threaded 100 Cheerios on to necklaces and coloured in all the numbers to 100.
The Courier’s Owen Sinclair captured some of the fun.
