The first Holden was ‘fast and loud'

Greg said his dad would drive it fast and loud, and recalled his mum saying she would always hear him barrelling up the driveway.

But the car didn't make it past the 1960s — Bryan's mate wrote-off the car after driving it into a tree.

Greg said his dad owned all sorts of Holdens throughout his life, and collected veteran cars until he passed away.
