Movember participants can also have their moustache shaved off for free at the Barber Shop on Thursday, November 28, the last day of class for the year for the barbering students.
GOTAFE chief executive Travis Heeney encouraged the community to get behind this worthy cause.
“Movember supports many significant issues for men’s health, including tackling prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention,” he said.
“It’s also a great opportunity to showcase our new barber shop facility and the wonderful work our students do there.
“This is a great way to support this important charity and help our students to build their skills.”
The GOTAFE Shepparton Barber Shop is open every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with multiple appointments available at 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm and 2:30pm.
To book an appointment please call Rosa on 5833 2663 or email rmandaradoni@gotafe.vic.edu
