Thunder the Kelpie cross is looking for a new home

By Liz Mellino

Young Thunder is looking for his forever home.

He is currently being housed at the Shepparton Animal Shelter, waiting for a new family to adopt him.

Thunder is an all black kelpie cross.

He is 12 months old and is known for his beautiful nature.

Shelter attendants said Thunder loved nothing more than to please his human friends.

He loves other dogs; however, he tends to get a little bit boisterous with them, particularly their face.

While Thunder is very friendly he could do with a bit of obedience training to try to settle him down a bit.

Ideally Thunder would like to be housed on a large rural property where he has lots of room to run around and burn off some energy.

If Thunder sounds like the dog for you and your family, he can be yours for $330.

This price includes his C5 vaccination, veterinary health check, microchipping, desexing, and his flea and worm treatment.

To find out more about Thunder, phone the Shepparton Animal Shelter on 5832 9700. The shelter, at 125 Wanganui Rd, Shepparton, is open weekdays from 8.15 am to 4.30 pm.

The council’s Pet Exchange Register source number is BR101093. Domestic Animal Business permit number: 19.

Thunder's microchip number is 953 010 003 404 452.
