Shepparton’s Body and Soul Holistic Expo takes centre stage

The Shepparton Body and Soul Holistic Expo took place on Sunday, February 25, at the McIntosh Centre from 10am to 4pm.

News photographer Megan Fisher went along and captured the event.

The day featured a range of lectures which ran from 10.30am to 2pm, on topics such as energy healing, mediumship and reiki healing.

Attendees had the opportunity to explore 56 stands, each hosted by passionate individuals offering a range of services. These included readings, crystals, handcrafted artisan soaps from regional Victoria, self-development programs and mental health products.

Open to all, the expo provided a rich tapestry of experiences for those seeking spiritual and holistic wellbeing.
