The traditional murals, painted by local artists Ross Morgan, Kristy Baksh and Paige Baksh, were installed outside the change rooms at the pool adding some colour and design to the community space.
Organised by the Mooroopna Community Plan Steering Group, with help from Greater Shepparton City Council, Kiwanis Club of Mooroopna and the Mooroopna Men's Shed, the murals are part of a collaborative project called the Yalka Yalka youth program.
The program sees local youth and their families come together at the pool each Friday to have a swim and enjoy a barbecue hosted by the Rumbalara Co-operative and the Kiwanis Club of Mooroopna.
Friday's mural launch saw friends and family gather at the pool to recognise the work of those involved and enjoy the facilities on offer.
