Rumbalara Football Netball Club and Short Black Opera are united in their commitment to support First Nations children to learn, maintain and share their culture, the longest continuous culture on earth. Short Black Opera for Kids is a five-day intensive program designed for First Nations children in Years 3 to 6 from all schools in Greater Shepparton. The public performance on May 8 is a showcase and celebration of this week-long program, featuring music from Short Black Opera’s brand new work How to Make a Cheeky Opera.
