In round four action, both Cobram's Esava Ratugolea and Katamatite's Tom Clurey walked away with wins with Geelong and Port Adelaide respectively.
Clurey, a former junior at Katamatite, was instrumental in helping Port Adelaide clinch victory against West Coast.
The skilful defender was an enforcer down back for the Power in its 48-point win against the Eagles.
The defender recorded nine marks and 12 disposals in the Power's 13.11 (89) to 6.5 (41) victory at Metricon Stadium.
The result keeps the Power undefeated and at the top of the AFL ladder on 16 points.
Meanwhile, Ratugolea popped up and booted a goal in Geelong's narrow victory against Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday.
The Cobram product ended the day with five touches and nine hit outs as the Cats defeated the Demons 7.5 (47) to 6.8 (44).
It was a timely win for the Ratugolea's Cats, as it followed their disappointing loss to Carlton in round three.
Geelong now sits sixth on the ladder and faces a tough assignment against the second-ranked Gold Coast Suns this weekend.
And Invergordon product Lachie Ash celebrated his first win in his second game with Greater Western Sydney.
Ash, who started his football journey with Katandra, worked tirelessly in defence and was able to enjoy his first Gatorade shower in the rooms following the 10.6 (66) to 9.10 (64) win against Collingwood.
