Tamara began her real estate career at Damian White & Son Real Estate as an Assistant Property Manager, learning from Christine Mitchell, a long-standing leader in property management across the Goulburn Valley. She quickly distinguished herself through her strong work ethic and keen attention to detail. Her natural ability to build relationships and manage complex situations led to her promotion to Senior Property Manager, where she further developed her skills in communication, negotiation, and client care.

Eager to broaden her expertise, Tamara transitioned into sales under Damian White’s guidance, gaining valuable insight into the wider real estate landscape. This experience deepened her understanding of the market and enhanced her ability to support clients through major life decisions with confidence and empathy.

Her progression didn’t stop there. Moving into an Executive Assistant role to Ryan O`Connor at Shepparton Real Estate, Tamara developed a sharp operational mindset, working closely alongside Ryan furthering her skills in leadership and gaining a behind-the-scenes perspective on what drives a high-performing agency. She then stepped into the role of Office Manager, where her leadership, organisation, and problem-solving abilities came to the forefront.

Today, as Partner at Shepparton Real Estate, Tamara brings a wealth of experience across every facet of the business. Her journey has equipped her with a rare, holistic understanding of real estate—from property management to sales and operations.

Married to Nick Geddes and raising three young children on a farm in Dookie, Tamara balances her professional achievements with a busy and rewarding family life.
