The days are getting shorter, the mornings cooler, and if you've been playing or training through the GV Football Netball League season, your body is already feeling the miles. As April sets in, dropping temperatures cause muscles to tighten, joints to stiffen, and those existing niggles to flare up - making recovery between rounds even harder than it was in the warmer months.
