Jake earned his place at nationals after impressing judges at the state finals earlier this year, demonstrating his flair for artisan baking and innovation in the kitchen.
Working at Hungie Fangs Artisan Bakery in Cobram, Jake continues to refine his craft among an award-winning team.
The bakery has collected several prestigious titles, including Overall Winner Gourmet Game Pie – Rustic Rabbit at the Great Aussie Pie Competition and two first-place wins at the Great Australian Vanilla Slice Triumph.
Jake says his success wouldn’t be possible without the support of his employer and GOTAFE trainers, who have guided him every step of the way.
