At Moorngag the Bombers’ John Bajada and Colin Exton continued their relentless run of victories defeating the Tiger’s Damian Young and Keith Bickerton five rubbers to nil.

At Molyullah the Eagles’ Shaun Murphy and Peter Rose fell just short of another five rubber victory scoring four rubbers to one against the Wombats’ Andrew and Adam Marriott. Murphy won both of his singles and Rose and Andrew Marriott won a singles each.

In B-grade The Cockies’ Anthony and Henry Hill fought a close match with the Turtle’s Chris Seeley and Mike Larkin to come out on top 3-2. The doubles win sealed the match for the Cockies. Henry won both of his singles, but not without a battle, and Seeley and Larkin won a singles each.

At Tatong the Tollys’ Paul Tolliday and substitute player Grace Smith defeated the Magpies’ Danny Grima and Will Smith 4-1. Tolliday won both of his singles and Grace Smith just beat her brother Will. Grima won his singles against Grace.
