Reid gave away four free kicks while only receiving one himself during West Coast's 70-point loss to Fremantle on Friday night.
It took his overall for-and-against free-kick tally to 46-58 for the season.
Reid looked frustrated by several umpiring calls during Friday's match.
At quarter-time, Reid went up to umpire Justin Power to express his displeasure about a previous decision.
"We spoke to him about solutions," Eagles coach Andrew McQualter said about his message to a frustrated Reid at quarter time.
"We just refocused him and I thought he did that well after quarter time."
There were several other moments in the match - including one when Reid copped a high tackle from Shai Bolton - when the star Eagle didn't receive a free kick.
McQualter said he will analyse the tape before deciding whether to take the issue further.
"I can't talk to it specifically, I'm not allowed to," McQualter said.
"But we will definitely look closely at it and look to get some clarity if we think there's some inconsistency in the way that Harley's been treated.
"So we'll just work with the AFL. We'll go look at the tape and if we think there's something there that's worth asking, we'll do it."
The 21-year-old could also find himself in strife from the match review officer over his elbow to the midriff of Matthew Johnson in the third quarter, which left the Dockers midfielder winded for a period.
Reid battled valiantly to finish with 30 disposals, 12 clearances and 442m gained in the 16.16 (112) to 6.6 (42) loss.
Meanwhile, West Coast mid-season recruit Oliver Francou could miss the rest of the season after copping a nasty gash to his knee.
Francou's right knee was sliced open by the studs of Andrew Brayshaw's boot as the pair sild to the ground during a tackle.
Eagles players on the vicinity immediately signalled to the bench for help as Francou lay on his back and raised his leg to reduce the amount of blood coming out.
Francou, playing just his fourth AFL match, was given a pain-relieving green whistle before being driven off the ground in a medicab.
"It was a pretty scary incident," McQualter said.
"It's a big nasty gash, and we're going to have to wait.
"I don't exactly know any more than that at the moment. He was OK downstairs. I saw him just then, and he was OK.
"But yeah, it looked pretty scary for people. Never nice to see something like that, and we're hopeful it's nothing too more serious than that."
