This survey will help MLHD to understand how much people know about their services, and how they can improve communications with communities about services.
“Understanding what services are available and how to access them is an important part of looking after one’s own health,” Deni LHAC chair Lourene Liebenberg said.
“Finding this information when we need it can sometimes be a barrier to people getting the right help at the right time.
“As an LHAC we do a lot of work in this space, and we know people find what we do helpful in providing information. But we can all do more and do better.
“This survey will help us understand more about what people know about services and how people would like to receive the information.
“We are asking Deni to get involved in this survey so MLHD can be better informed about how to improve communication strategies.”
Take the survey by going to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MLHD-CS-2022 or use the QR code in the ad on page 6.
Paper copies are also available at the Deni Hospital reception.
This survey is different, and separate to, the Clinical Service Plan survey put to the community in July and August.
The CSP survey aims to identify gaps in services, and gauge service requirements into the future.
