Winter weather seems to be hard to take for our members, but let’s hope a couple more weeks may bring spring weather.
Bowls winners at the Lake Rd clubrooms on August 5 were Betty Britton, Val Edwards, Sam Pulsoni, Don Drayton and Brian Renshaw.
Bowls winners on August 9 were Elaine Coram, Don Drayton and Geoff Vick, while card winners on August 9 were Corrie Wiggerink and Don Drayton.
Card winners on August 10 were Marlene Drayton and Ian Stone.
Get well wishes to any members in hospital or housebound.
Seniors are welcome at activities in the clubrooms and new members, along with intending members, are welcome.
The rooms are air conditioned and fun fellowship can be a great help in this dull weather.
