Euroa star Jett Trotter will be able to pull on the boots this weekend after a successful appeal at the tribunal during the week.
Trotter will be right to suit up for the Magpies in their Goulburn Valley League round 16 clash against arch rival Seymour on Saturday.
The gun talent was reported for engaging in rough conduct during his side’s win over Shepparton United last weekend.
Trotter was offered a two-week set penalty for the July 30 incident; however, the club elected for the matter to be heard at the tribunal.
In good news for Trotter and Euroa coach Scott Rowan, the talented forward, who has kicked 38 goals this season, was found not guilty.
Meanwhile, there was another report stemming from the clash between the Magpies and United at Deakin Reserve.
Dees defender Shane Sali was reported by two umpires for engaging in rough conduct against an opponent.
Sali was offered a two-week set penalty, but the club elected for the matter to be heard at the tribunal.
The charge was amended by the umpires to bumping or making forceful contact to an opponent from front on when that player has their head over the ball.
Sali was found guilty and suspended for one match.
He will miss his side’s road trip to Rochester on Saturday.
