It was a roller-coaster of a game for both sides, with the Bears coming from behind to secure a 10.11 (71) to 9.7 (61) victory at Deakin Reserve.
The home side led by 13 points at half-time, before the Bombers stormed back into the contest to lead by seven at the end of the third.
Yet, despite Kyabram turning the tables the Bears were too strong, taking back the lead to secure a 10-point win.
Lachlan Rumbiolo, Kaleb Kopsidas and Mitchell Fleming were named Shepparton’s top three performers, while Bohden Learmonth, Oliver Watt and Oskar Shortis put in good shifts for the Bombers.
It was certainly a cracking day of action on Saturday and News photographer Rechelle Zammit was there to capture all the action.
