Changes to Pine Rd parking because of works

The on-street parking area in front of residences will be used as a lane for traffic at reduced speed.

Works are beginning the week of Monday, May 2, with expected completion on May 31; weather permitting.

The traffic diversion is anticipated to be in place for about two weeks.

The new pump station has been designed to increase the outflow capacity of the existing Orchard Circuit pump station that serves the Orchard Circuit and Pine Park Estates.

The primary objective of the project is to mitigate the occurrence of storm water inundation to the streets adjoining Orchard Circuit after significant storm events.

Council thanked residents and road users for their patience and cooperation while these essential works are carried out.
