Police have arrested a man after receiving reports of a brawl at a licensed premises in Cobram.

On Saturday, July 4 at 11.45pm, police responded to the reports at a premises in Mookarii St.
Police say they will allege that one male victim was assaulted during the incident and lost consciousness.
Police have arrested a 25-year-old Cobram man in relation to the incident.
The man was refused bail and further remanded by a magistrate, police said.
The man will appear before Cobram Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 28, charged with eight offences.
The man has been charged with affray, intentionally cause injury, recklessly cause injury, common law assault, assault in company, unlawful assault, breach conduct condition of bail and commit an indictable offence whilst on bail.
